Hemel Hempstead Indoor/Outdoor Pool

Our unique SUP Yoga Sessions are held at Hemel Hempstead Leisure Centre, Park Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1JS.  We use the indoor pool in the winter and the outdoor pool in the summer.

Our SUP Yoga classes are super fun, an excellent way to align your body, mind and soul, surrounded by clean and refreshing water.

We have three amazing Yoga teachers offering gentle and challenging sessions.

Please note: Spaces are limited due to the pool space and sessions book up quickly, early booking is advisable. 

Ideally you'll bring a water bottle and a towel wrapped in a dry bag.

Cancellation Policy:  Please contact Monika 0783 437 2763, at least 48 hours prior to your booked session  and a full refund will be given, to allow for someone else being able to book the session.  After 48 hours no refund will be issued as we need to cover the pool and staffing costs.  Thank you for your understanding.
